Middle School Boys Basketball Coach
Copper Island Academy is seeking a dedicated Middle School Boys Basketball Coach to lead and mentor our student-athletes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the court, supporting their growth through positive coaching, teamwork, and a focus on character.

Position Responsibilities
- Plan and lead practices, beginning [1] October 21, 2025
- Teach fundamental skills, strategy, and teamwork
- Supervise and ensure the safety of student-athletes during practices and competitions
- Promote academic and personal development consistent with school values
- Communicate clearly with players, parents, and school personnel
Qualifications
- Prior basketball coaching and/or playing experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead youth
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to Copper Island Academy’s mission and educational philosophy
