Partner Solutions, located in Brighton, MI is hiring a full-time Benefit & Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist with a hybrid work schedule.

Partner Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join our HR team and administer our employee benefits program and HRIS solutions. Partner Solutions located in Brighton, works with over 30 charter schools across the state of Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, is a lifelong learner, constantly growing and open to new ideas.
Essential Functions:
Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry and updates
Process & verify the benefits in the HRIS system for employees
Management of employee personnel file compliance
Provide timely reports and audit information to multiple entities
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates degree
Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Embrace technology & HR Database Knowledge
Experience with PrismHR is a plus
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas
