Team members are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to get the job done! In this position you will be responsible for processing payrolls for assigned clients, billing clients and supporting our clients’ payroll and tax needs. Our work environment allows for you to manage your own day-to-day workload, while also working on long term initiatives.

Essential Functions:

● Processes semi monthly and bi-weekly payrolls, including maintaining employee garnishments and PTO

● Prepares special payrolls including bonuses, stipends, 3rd party sick pay

● Creates and distributes payroll reports as needed

● Responds to office manager and employee inquiries; including training when needed

● Enters employee and payroll changes into database

Education and Experience Requirements:

● Associates degree

● Minimum three years payroll experience

● Extraordinary attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

● Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

● Strong analytical and problem solving ability

● Ability to develop, understand and follow written procedures

● Computer literacy, prior experience with HRIS systems and/or other HR technology

● Flexible, agreeable, team player

● Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
