We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language and communication. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that will help clients achieve their communication goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify speech and language disorders.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

- Provide therapy for children with various speech and language impairments.

- Monitor client progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes.

- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and medical staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

- Educate clients and their families about communication disorders and provide them with strategies to support speech and language development at home.

- Remain current with industry developments, best practices, and research related to speech-language pathology.

- Participate in professional development activities as required by state licensing boards.

- Uphold the ethical standards of the profession as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

**Qualifications:**

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Current state Licensure/Certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

- Strong understanding of speech and language development across the lifespan.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

- Proficient in using technology and speech-language pathology software for assessment and therapy.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience working with specific populations (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, neurogenic disorders) is a plus.

- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

- Experience with telepractice and virtual therapy services is a plus.
